Point your camera at a monitor or TV running the green screen and you can key out the background in OBS, Streamlabs, CapCut, Premiere, or Zoom's custom background setting. For small-object shots (products, hands, puppets), a screen behind the subject works shockingly well.
For an even key: kill reflections on the screen, keep the subject a couple feet in front of it, and light the subject separately — open a second CineGlow tab as your key light. Blue screen (RGB 0,71,187) is one tap away if your subject wears green.

Distance: keep your subject at least two or three feet in front of the screen so green light doesn't spill onto their hair and shoulders. Separate lighting: light the subject with their own source rather than letting the green screen illuminate them. And an even background: a screen is naturally uniform, which is its advantage over fabric, but avoid glare by keeping other light sources from reflecting off it. If your subject wears green, switch to the blue screen preset.
